I coded my first web site around 1995 at the age of fourteen. Its now twelve years later and my abilities and training have improved dramatically while my passion remains the same. I am committed to beautifying the web one site at a time. I believe in open-source standards and making web sites accessible to anyone and everyone who may wish to view them. I spend a good deal of time keeping up on new and upcoming technology and sharpen my skills on training projects for myself as well as projects for clients.
For the past three years I've worked as the Lead Developer with Point B Web in Brier, WA. Ken and the gang there have created a brilliant CMS (Content Management System) which I have worked with extensively.
Alas, after the birth of Ali and a few years in the hustle and bustle of Seattle, we decided to head for greener pastures. Which brings us here.
In my spare time, I recharge the batteries by playing with my daughter Alizabeth. She is a bundle of energy and love and lights up my life. I also enjoy watching television and movies in between practicing the culinary arts and strolling outdoors with my family.

I've been coming to the coast almost my whole life and I feel blessed to be a permanent part of the community after being a visitor for so many years. We're still getting used to the small town atmosphere (a change of pace from Seattle), but its been fantastic getting to know our neighbors and letting them get to know us.
I do the majority of the sales and bookkeeping, so if you are in need of services, you'll most likely talk to me. Ali and I may also be visiting your shop just to say hello and let you know we're in the neighborhood if the need for web services ever does arrive.
When I'm not at work (as Mommy or otherwise), I like to catch up on the online gossip (both personal and celebrity). Playing with Ali, exercising and watching tv also top the list.

I have always had a love for visual communication and various forms of art. Helping people understand through images is fascinating to me, and something that I feel is universal and very important. I am currently enrolled in the school of digital arts at the University of Oregon and am learning more and more about this every day. I am a digital artist, but I also love working in traditional media, such as painting and drawing.
I've known Ashley since we were in first grade together. We became close friends during high school, and have remained friends ever since. I am so excited to be a part of Oregon Coast Design by working with a family that I care so much about. I'm also excited about the community aspect of this business, as I too have enjoyed coming to the Oregon coast for most of my life. I can't wait to help be a web service to the businesses in this community!
During my free time I like to do arts and crafts, create short films, exercise my green thumb and knit.
Alizabeth Carroll
Ali is the emotional backbone of our operation. She keeps us smiling, as well as contributing the occasional drool to our keyboards. In addition, Ali is a budding marketer, smiling sweetly and displaying her charm for everyone we meet.
To relax, Ali enjoys eating and sleeping as well as peekabo and the game where Mommy and Daddy count to three.
Various Contractors and Developers
As a small firm, we'll admit we can't do everything. While the majority of projects are completed 100% in-house, we've found it is sometimes prudent to turn to outside professionals for a little expert assistance. Our network of friends and associates range from Graphic Designers to ASP wizards. In the rare event that outside help is called in, rest assured that we stand behind all contractor work as if it were our own.
